This home offers 2550sq ft of 1st class living accommodation with a host of extras to ensure a luxury stay for all age groups. Climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and furnished to a high standard with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests to ensure this is one of the best vacation homes near Disney. Games Room with 42" plasma TV, Nintendo Wii, 8ft pool table, air hockey, soccer table and Giant Connect 4 Game. Office area with unlimited high speed internet access available free of charge. GPS System with Disney routes for guests' use.

All the beds have 500 thread count bed linen and quilted pillow and mattress protectors for additional comfort. We provide towels and pool towels.

The Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY WITH LAKE VIEWS, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, walk-in closet and his n' hers wash hand basins. TV/DVD with cable is also included and Bose iPod Speaker System.

Disney themed bedroom for children and cots (x 2), highchair, stroller, bowls, spoons, bibs and a selection of children's plates are provided. Safety stairgate, baby monitor and sterilizer unit provided for our younger guests.

The house boasts an oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and screened deck with overlooking a lake. A haven for sunbathers. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and there is a large covered lanai with ceiling fan, providing shade from the all day Florida Sunshine. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parents peace of mind. A full pool screen is provided for added safety. The spa has an automatic switch and timer to make tho most of you relaxation time. This premiun plot has fencing either side of the pool area thus offering peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife and lake. Extra lighting around the pool for evening dips in the pool and spa. Pool and spa both have underwater lighting. An extended driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles.

Prices include Solar Pool and Spa heating during the Summer months. It is advisable that the Pool and Spa are electrically heated between October and April and this is available at an extra charge. We welcome guests from all over the world, who regularly return to our beautiful home. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the villa is strictly 'NO SMOKING' and 'NO PETS'.
