"Charming Nobadeer Meeting House condo"

Comfortable, roomy, fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath Nantucket townhouse condominium! Perfect accommodations for families or couples with all the needed comforts. 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and 1 bedroom has two twin beds, each with a trundles (this room sleeps 4). Large dining room table seats 8-10, plus 3 barstools for the open kithen bar. Living room includes new, comfortable couches and big chairs plus a flat panel TV with cable, high speed internet, DVD and Stereo/CD system. Waser/Dryer, cooler, beach chairs, towels and 2 adult bikes.

This Nantucket townhouse condo is very centrally located and accessable to all areas of the Island. It is off of Nobadeer Farm Road which connects Old South Road and Milestone Road, near the airport. Nantucket's famous bike path is literally out the back door! The NRTA island bus stop is conveniently located just STEPS down the street and will take you to town or the beaches. The Trading Post convenience store is brand new and is located across the street - offers newspapers, Starbucks coffee, pastries, milk, bread, crackers, and many other necessities. Surfside beach is the closest and is a bike or bus ride away. And if you want to stay close to 'home' one day, the swimming pool is available for condo guests.

Rental agreements: One-half of total rental amount is due within one week of booking, plus the refundable security deposit of $300 (or 10% of the total rental amount for multiple weeks). The remaining rental amount needs to be received no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rentals made within 30 days of arrival date: The total rental amount plus security deposit plus signed lease must be received upon booking.

Our lease agreement does not include a cancellation provision. If an emergency precludes use, we will make best effort to re-rent at the same rate and, if successful, the renter will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the gross rental. If the period cannot be re-rented, the entire rent shall be payable and forfeited.
