"Dunes Magic"

Situated in the tranquil surroundings of Southern Dunes Golf & country club, which is a 24 hr security gated community for your peace of mind. The villa has three bedrooms, which will comfortably sleep six people. The master suite has en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe and looks out over the pool area. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes & ample drawer space, both have hairdryers. The third also has wardrobes again with plenty of drawer space and two single beds.
Two large sofas give comfort to the living area whilst watching cable TV or a DVD. There is also a mini Hi-Fi and a PS2 to keep you amused. The large dining table seats six and is situated off the living area with views through the patio doors of the swimming pool and golf course.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/crockery (including outdoor). There are also two barstools to sit to the breakfast bar. Washing machine and tumble dryer are out of sight in the garage.
The private pool has its own table/chairs and sun loungers on which to relax whilst you watch the world and odd golfers go by.
Southern Dunes has its own lake, in which you can fish, tennis courts, childrens play area and two large communal pools and of course a championship golf course of 7227 yds, which has a string of awards.
A 24hr WalMart is at the entrance along with restauraunts, shops and fuel. Eagle Ridge shopping mall is a short drive to the south on US 27.
