This home is currently the largest property we have with over 2200 square feet of Florida living space. It is located in a beautiful area called Coral Ridge Isles and only 5 minutes to the beach. But you don't have to go to the beach. Just open the sliding glass doors and jump right into your very own in ground swimming pool! The backyard is private, quiet and very comfortable. Open the front door and walk into a living room that features a beautiful, brand new, burgundy leather couch, loveseat and chair. The large dining room table can seat everyone and, of course, there is a full kitchen. Watch cable TV in both the living room and the family room by the pool. The master bedroom features a cabana bathroom with a door outside to the pool. All the floors are tile with brand new Berber carpeting in all of the bedrooms and the family room. With a double futon in the family room, this property easily sleeps 8 people comfortably. As with all our properties, linens, kitchen utensils and everything you will need to feel right at home are provided. There is a washer dryer in the double garage.
