2 bedroom, 2 bath, 195 sq. meters, fully furnished condo. The complex is located right on the Marina Vallarta boardwalk where you find dozens of shops, art galleries, restaurants, mini-markets, money exchange, bars & nightclubs. The condo complex has 24 hour security, elevators, beautifully maintained gardens, large pool with palapa & lounge chairs, 4 tennis courts & skateboard area. A golf course is located right across the avenue from the condo complex. Rental car reservations are not usually required, as bus and taxi service is readily available on the street in front of the complex. Reservations for local events can be made with vendors located on the marina boardwalk.

The condo is comfortably furnished, has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephone & internet. No computer is furnished, so bring your own notebook computer to plug into the high speed DSL modem. Internet cafes are also located around the marina boardwalk.
The oversized balcony overlooks the marina, boardwalk and yachts. For security on the balcony, there are metal bar sliding doors and separate screens so that you can enjoy the breezes during the day or night. There is a glass dining table & chairs to enjoy your meals and cocktails outside on the terrace if you like. There are also 2 ceiling fans on the terrace. There is an electric barbeque available for your use on the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a referigerator, stove dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all the dishes, pots & pans you will need. There is a nice breakfast bar facing the kitchen with 3 stools. The dining room has a round glass table with 5 chairs.
The living room has an L-shaped sofa and color, cable TV and telephone.
There is a separate laundryroom with a washer & dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closets, chest of drawers and private bathroom with a tub/shower. Sliding doors open onto the the large deck.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and chest of drawers. Once per week maid service is included in the price.
