This is a one time offer to rent our summer house for the entire month of July. We built this beautiful family vacation home in 2004 but due to other family commitments this year we will we be unable to enjoy it this July.

Our vacation home is 1.5 blocks to East Bayview beach - close enough to walk and just far enough to enjoy the quiet surroundings. From this 4000 sq ft home you can enjoy extensive views of Cape Cod Bay. We also have deeded rights to a private beach.
Close to great resturants (our favorite is the Red Pheasant, less than a mile away).
1st floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family/game room (stocked with games, books & puzzles), laundry room with 2nd refrig. and wrap-around porch with rocking chairs. 2nd floor open air layout includes kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room and Master bedroom suite. Also on the 2nd floor is a large screened porch (where we spend quiet mornings enjoying the view and family evenings eating dinner or having cocktails), barbeque deck (where the "chef" can be close to the action) and front deck. There is a loft open to the vaulted living room.
We put central air and ceiling fans in every room. The private back yard includes a paver block patio with chaise lounges and Teak table & chair. The enclosed shower also has a changing room. Relax in the hammock suspended between the oak trees.
Available only as a MONTHLY rental to a single family from July 1 - 30, 2006
