*Our STUDIO apartment is light, bright, clean and quiet with a full size bed, single futon sofa/bed and kitchenette including sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

*Our ONE-BEDROOM apartment is a modern, stylish and spacious unit with a full kitchen, queen size bed in the bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room and is sure to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Both rooms have A/C, ceiling fans, television with cable and all utilities are included. All linens, bath amenities, an iron, coffee and condiments are provided. You will also enjoy the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and private beach access. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available on every floor of the building.

*Metered parking is available in front of the building and all along Ocean Drive -OR- there are parking garages within a few blocks walking distance, north or south of the studio.
